Life transitions can get messy. We all face times of uncertainty, loss, and endings. Transitions can also mean new beginnings, different relationships, and exploring the unknown in your future and your past. Our sessions are a space to examine roots of systemic oppression, inherited fears, environmental trauma, and harmful labels you were given that you didn't ask for. My role is to walk with you, bringing in my training and experience as a therapist as we examine your patterns for growth, detach what no longer serves you, and map out your mental health wellness journey together.
My work is rooted in restorative practice circle keeping and strengths-based approaches, partnering with you to explore your mental and spiritual wellness. From our first session, we'll identify your growth goals and agree on tasks and challenges that exercise the strengths you want to build.
